Oh ye of little faith, and less political knowledge. Biden needs more votes and he doesn't have them. Go after Manchin and his ilk, not the party. This is how politics works, and your naïveté and dismissal of reality will only help the GOP. Those of you taking this position are but little children pouting in a corner while the GOP salivates over your focus on what has not been done so others won't pay attention to what is getting done. And that's considerable, considering the total opposition by the other side.
