How did this start? Hamas killers wiping out more than 1000 women, children, and a peace concert attended by Israeli Jews and Arabs. Hamas knew just what would happen next and wanted the counter attack to harm civilians, as they have repeatedly demonstrated their proclivity to use human shields, hospitals, schools, and private homes to house their attackers and their weapons. Were this to happen to a US border town, we would be wiping out the terrorists, and if we didn’t, the right would be screaming for US vengeance

And where are the protesters in support of Ukraine? 2 years of attacks, nonmilitary targets all the time, and constant violation of both international law and the laws of war? No UN condemnation, no campus protests despite clear and stated intent to destroy Ukrainians? Where is MSM here? Lots of coverage of Israel’s defense against the stated goal of eliminating Israel but narry a peep about the destruction of Ukraine, the Sunni -Shia wars continually destroying Syria, tribal wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, and all over Africa and often fomented by Russia. The rest of the world can fight constantly but only the Jews are skewered when they aggressively defend their existence after 3000 years of trying to survive.

A little awareness of geopolitics would be useful for most of the anti-Israel rhetoric here.
